About
Swat to Riyadh, and a lot of migrations in between.
I started writing web software in 2017 and never really left the deep end of it. Seven years later, most of my work sits inside systems businesses depend on every day — ERPs, SaaS platforms, commerce, field apps.
What I enjoy most is being the person who can take a vague business problem, design the schema, build the backend, ship the interface, deploy it and then keep it healthy. I have done that solo on a full ERP, and as a team lead with people depending on my reviews. Both taught me the same thing: clarity beats cleverness.
Most recently that has meant AI engineering: not bolting a chat box onto a product, but designing the layers that make a language model useful inside a business — domain agents with their own tools and permissions, an orchestration layer that plans across departments, human approval on anything that writes, and realtime voice on the same governed path. I do not train models; I build the architecture that turns them into software people can trust with real operations.
Outside the editor: workouts, cricket, and reading about whatever is about to change how we build. I am a gold medallist in Computer Science from the University of Swat, registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers, and I work in English, Urdu, Pashto and conversational Arabic.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of work do you take on?
ERP, SaaS, AI automation, agentic systems or full-stack product work — whether it is a role or a project. I am best where correctness matters: accounting that has to balance, inventory that has to reconcile, invoices that have to clear compliance the first time.
What does an engagement usually look like?
Four steps: understand the process, agree the data model, ship working software weekly to a staging URL, then hand over deployed and documented with your team trained on it.
How is pricing decided?
Scope drives price. Tell me the problem in a few sentences and I will give you a straight number — fixed scope for defined builds, monthly retainer for ongoing work.
Do you build bilingual systems?
Yes. English and Arabic are first-class in everything I build, including RTL layout, per-locale URLs, and translated content in the database rather than JSON blobs.
Where are you based?
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (1118701). I work in English, Urdu, Pashto and conversational Arabic.
