BU-ERP

One backbone for CRM, sales, inventory, HR and accounting — with AI agents handling the repetitive middle. Built at Beans United for teams that can't afford a bad close.

The problem

Separate tools for sales, stock and books meant three versions of the truth and a month-end spent reconciling instead of deciding.

The approach

One relational core, module boundaries drawn around business events, and every document posting through a single ledger path — no side doors.

The outcome

Teams work in one system, invoices clear compliance on the first pass, and new modules land on top of the same primitives instead of beside them.
